    We specialize in Tritan water bottles, kitchenware, and small kitchen appliances.

  • Can you customize products?

    Yes, we can customize products based on drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • What is your production capacity?

    Our production lines can manufacture up to 50,000 Tritan water bottles per day. Other production lines depend on the design and complexity of the product.

  • How many employees and technicians do you have?

    We currently have over 30 employees, including 5 professional technicians.

  • How do you ensure product quality?

    We regularly inspect materials from suppliers and perform checks at each production stage. Additionally, we use testing equipment like dishwasher and vacuum leak testers to guarantee product quality.

  • What are your payment terms?

    During the quotation process, we will confirm the trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or CNF). For first-time orders, we typically require 30% upfront and the balance against a copy of the B/L. T/T is the most common method, but L/C is also accepted. For regular customers, we can offer standard business terms, such as Net 30 or Net 45.

  • How are goods transported to customers?

    Goods are usually shipped by sea, as we are located only 75 km from the Port of Ningbo. We can also ship by air, with Ningbo, Hangzhou, and Shanghai airports nearby.

  • What are your main export destinations?

    Our products are primarily exported to the U.S., Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the U.K., South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
